  • Paul Cheal

    Founding Partner

Paul Cheal is an experienced financial and corporate communication leader with over 20 years’ experience working with local and global brands to build and protect their reputation. 

As an award-winning consultant, Paul has extensive experience providing communication counsel to Boards, CEOs, and senior executives. He brings an extensive media and professional network and has completed his Masters of Public Communication.

Paul’s specialist services include: Executive coaching and advisory; communication strategy; issues and crisis management; investor relations; M&A transactions; employee engagement; change communications; content creation; and external stakeholder/media relations.

Paul is deeply committed to bolstering the future of PR and communication. He has lectured on strategic communication at the University of Technology Sydney, founded Australia’s first PR focused podcast, and is a Fellow of the Communication and Public Relations Australia (CPRA).

Danielle’s career has been vast and varied. From leading on the sale of Citi’s retail bank to NAB and the closure of Investec’s Australian business through to launching Challenger’s inaugural Retirement Happiness Index and auctioning Australia’s first carbon neutral home for Sekisui House. 

As a specialist in financial services, property, and corporate communication Danielle has had the opportunity to work with some of the biggest global leaders in both an agency and in-house capacity.  

She knows the importance of powerful storytelling and integrated communication programs to showcase brands in the good times and protect when there is a bump in the road.  Danielle loves getting under the hood of a business to have a meaningful, lasting impact, especially in times of change, transition, or transformation. 

Danielle’s experience spans: strategy development; media relations and training; marketing, website, and sales enablement materials; investor communications; internal announcements; change and transformation programs; and issues management. 

Heading 3CPR’s Queensland operations, Danielle is based in Brisbane.

Mentally Healthy Workplaces Australia (MHWA) is world-first initiative established to embed impactful mental health and wellbeing solutions into workplaces. In its foundational stage, the team engaged 3CPR to develop its name, brand identity, narrative, and positioning. 3CPR led on branding and creative assets, designing and building the MHWA website, and developing the organisation’s narrative and pitch points. This work provided a strong foundation for MHWA’s successful launch with public sector and private industry stakeholders.
