For us, it is not about ‘winning’ more clients. Rather, delivering quality, impactful work for value-aligned brands is our priority. We want to work with clients who value our insights and recognise the impact that communications can have on business outcomes and brand reputation.

So, it was nice to read this blog recently that neatly summed up our way of thinking.

The piece lists several reasons why staying small can deliver big wins:

We couldn’t agree more. Paul and I work on every client together. We bounce ideas, challenge each other, and work as an extension of each client’s team. 

While bigger is often seen as better, when it comes to communication consulting our view is that staying small can pay off and lead to big wins for both our clients and team.
